Are the Aztecs worthy: we will find out on Saturday!

As much as I loath UNLV, the prospect of losing to the Rebels this year is somewhat troubling. Remember the Aztecs are in a “rebuilding” year; so, if UNLV is to get lucky and steal a game from SDSU at Vejas, this year is probably it. Now, don’t get me wrong, I still believe that SDSU is clearly the better team (even in a rebuilding year), and more importantly has thrashed UNLV over and over again over the last several meetings: A streak that I have relished over again and again. UNLV brings to Vejas a team SDSU faced last year excluding one of the thorns by the name of Trevon Willis. They score well and currently rank 10th in the nation. Look for the Rebels to take a page out … Read entire article »

Bowl Selection Committee shafts SDSU: Adds Insult to Injury!

The NEW ORLEANS BOWL!!! WHAT!!!! LOUISIANA-LAFAYETTE!! WHO!!!!! What-a-Joke! I mean this bowl committee selected UCLA (6-6) for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl against the Illinois; yet, SDSU gets New Orleans on December 17 against an absolute nobody but finishes 8-4 in back-to-back seasons (hence: insult to Injury). WHAT PLANET DOES THIS COMMITTEE COME FROM!!!!! This is an absolute outrage and a clear indicator that ESPN and the bogus and biased selection committee do not know what in the hell they are doing. It’s a classic case of disrespect and I’m tired of it. SDSU deserved a better bowl game. The Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl was perfect. Considering the fact that SDSU would have destroyed UCLA this year, and the fact that we have the top running back in the nation … Read entire article »

Aztecs let it get away: beat themselves up badly!

Bad officiating…and boy do I mean bad officiating, coupled with poor 2nd half defense, poor free throw shooting and poor shooting decisions leads to Aztec’s second loss to an overrated team that had no business winning the game. Aztecs lost this game and gave Creighton a gift; Fisher needed to step in a slow the game down-he did not! This is a bad loss for the Aztecs, hopefully they will learn from it and quickly. I’ts bad enough when the Aztecs get snubbed by the polls and it’s even more egregious when they lose to an inferior team. What-a-joke! Creighton consider this a early Christmas gift: YOUR GONNA NEED IT!!! Article viewed:109 … Read entire article »

No surprise here-Aztecs get screwed again!

I attempted to explain in a previous article why the Aztecs deserve a Top 25 ranking; that my friends was an exercise in futility. Any sound and logically driven explanation was summarily supplanted by the idiotic Coaches poll released today http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/rankings. Not only did they (the half-baked Coaches) not rank SDSU, they ranked Arizona (27 Votes) higher than SDSU (20 Votes). What on earth are these dopey coaches thinking!!  This is the proverbial dumb and dumber adding insult to injury. The methodology used to rank teams is a complete farce. If one simply looks at Arizona’s schedule one can clearly see that they not only lost to SDSU but haven’t even played a Top 25 team yet!!! Moreover, their schedule strength is a joke compared to the rigorous one the Aztec’s have … Read entire article »

NBA Lockout: 10 Rookies Who Would Have Been Better off Staying in the NCAA

NBA Lockout: 10 Rookies Who Would Have Been Better off Staying in the NCAA

Yes-you guessed it! One of them was kawhi! I’m still not convinced that Kawhi Leonard is going to be a great NBA player, although my fears were drastically reduced when the San Antonio Spurs showed confidence in him. The problem is that Leonard is good at everything but doesn’t have a single skill that stands out. I would have liked to see him spend one more season at San Diego State and really work on one aspect … Read entire article »

Yeah! I’m embarrassed to be an Aztec fan!!!

What a humiliating and down right embarrassing loss. I mean, were not talking Boise State; or Alabama or Stanford: IT”S WYOMING!!!!!!!!! Well, let us all kneel and reconcile with the football gods shall we; let us just face it the Aztecs just are not that good (with the exception of Ronnie Hillman of course). Which brings me to my next topic. How in the hell do you let a 200-plus yard rushing performance go to waste with a loss to a team that could best described as mediocre. Boy-oh-boy, is this one just a bad loss…simply bad! SDSU and namely Perez simply blew it. The player I feel most for is Ronnie; can’t blame him if he decides to depart for the NFL after this year. Who in the hell … Read entire article »

Loss to Michigan: I can talk about it now (Rationally that is)

So, it is I who eats the crow; and Brady the Joke walks away with a win. Can’t say I’m not teed-off about this loss; after all, it has taken several days to digest the reality of losing to that degenerate, egocentric, self-righteous cretin. But, I digress, so with humility I say touche and until we meet again Brady the Joke. Hopefully, Hoke will man-up and accept Long’s offer to play again. In the mean time, good riddance Hoke (you Jerk!). Article viewed:54 … Read entire article »

Article II: Hoke-the-Joke Final Thoughts

Promising the world to an impressionable youth is down right despicable. Hoke did just that when he lured unsuspecting recruits to SDSU promising them championships. He spoke of commitment and dedication to the program; a player that comes to SDSU will be expected to exemplify nothing less. Then, no more than two years later that cowardly fat-ass left in the middle of the night without ever confronting those he lied to and say goodbye. Now, he will get a needed dose of humility. That selfish son-of-bitch will receive the thanks he deserves for abandoning the players, fans, and alumni of SDSU. That thanks will be delivered in the form of a humiliating loss to the mighty Aztecs in front of his own incredulous fan-base. Hoke was disingenious from the beginning, … Read entire article »

Hoke Retort Week – Article 1: Hoke-the-Joke

The Jokerines and Hoke-the-Joke will be schooled by SDSU. Hoke-the-Joke is a traitor and needs to be taught an invaluable lesson in humility and disgrace. When you betray a community and a team of devoted players by selling them out for a selfish and futile endeavor, you need to be punished severly. Hoke-the-Joke is a coward and will lose to team set out to show that Hoke-the-Joke is just that a big-fat joke! The Jokerines will be smothered by Long’s pounding Defense; Hillman will have a field day eclipsing the 200 yard rushing mark. Michigan will burn in flames and the disparate Jokerine fan will once again scratch their head when asking why the administration caved-in and selected the third choice for the coaching Job. Faulk to the Hall of Fame: but remember that Heisman Snub?

It’s funny-about Marshal Faulk and SDSU that is. You know the guy who finished SECOND in the 92 Heisman!! Come to think of it, who finished first? That’s right, your probably scratching your flee-infested cranium right now trying to answer that conundrum! Well it was the Wachovia Securities Financial Advisor Gino Torretta. You heard me; a financial advisor–NOT A SUPERBOWL WINNING, FIRST BALLOT HALL-OF-FAMER!!!!! No surprise here. The media and the CORRUPTED selection committee have gone to great efforts to forget about that blunder and their perfidious bias during the 1992 selection. Faulk should have run away with the Heisman; everybody knows it. The Heisman and the BCS are big jokes! Congratulations to Marshall. You certainly earned it.
